Over the past three decades, the company has successfully operated by offering loans against cars, commercial vehicles, debentures, etc. It got the license to operate as an NBFC under chapter III B of the RBI Act. DFL is also a member of CIBIL. The company started its operations in 1992 with the aim to offer the best financial services to all who desire to make their dreams a reality.

With a career experience spanning over 25 years in the field of Finance, Hospitality, Logistics, and Real Estate, Ranjit shoulders the responsibility of scaling the asset side of the business.
